Measurement of charged particle production spectra in the DIS collisions of electrons and positrons of energy 27.6 GeV with protons of energy 920 GeV corresponding to a centre-of-mass energy of 318 GeV.  The data sample, with an integrated luminosity of 88.6 pb-1, covers the Q^2 range from 5 to 100 GeV^2 with Bjorken-X from 0.0001 to 0.01.  The charged particle densities are measured as functions of pseudorapidity and transverse momentum in the ranges 0-5 and 0-10 GeV respectively.  All measurements are in the hadronic centre-of-mass frame (HCM).\n\nUPDATE (25 SEP 2017): corrected last data point of Table 28 and sixth data point of Table
