Measurement of charged particle multiplicities in restricted rapidity intervals in Z0 hadronic decays by the Delphi Collaboration.. The data reveal the presence of a shoulder structure which is further studied by examining multiplicity distributions for 2-, 3-, and 4-jet events. Structure is found to be due to important contributions from 3- and 4-jet events with a hard gluon jet.. Rapidity is calculated with respect to the thrust axis assuming a pion mass for all particles. Data are given for particles emitted in the central rapidity intervals as well as the subset of particles emitted in a single hemisphere defined by the plane perpendicular to the thrust axis..
