The data, which cover the kinematic region in Q**2 from 3.2 to 2200 GeV**2, in Bjorken X from 0.00005 to 0.11 and in hadronic mass W from 66 to 233 GeV,comes from the 1994 (low Q**2)and 1996 (high Q**2) running periods. The total integrated luminosity is 2.7 (+0.058 pb-1 shifted vertex data) for the low Q**2 data and 8.2 pb-1 for the high Q**2 data..
