The measurement is perfomed in a region of small angles with respect to the proton remnant in the LAB reference frame, namely the forward region. This corresponds to the central rapidity in the CM system of the virtual photon andproton. The data represent s total luminosity of 5.8pb-1 taken during the 1996 running period.. In the following tables, the total error is given together with the point-to-point statistical error (STAT).
