Pairs of back-to-back high transverse momentum hadrons are used for triggers to study associated hadron distributions. In contrast with two- and three-particle correlations with a single trigger with similar kinematic selections, the associated hadron distribution of both trigger sides reveals no modification in either relative pseudo-rapidity or relative azimuthal angle from d+Au to central Au+Au collisions. We determine associated hadron yields and spectra as well as production rates for such correlated back-to-back triggers to gain additional insights on medium properties.","hasPart":[{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t1","@type":"Dataset","description":"Projections of 2+1 correlation on $\\Delta\\phi$ for 200 GeV top 12% central-triggered and mid-central Au+Au and minimum bias d+Au data.","name":"Table 1a"},{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t2","@type":"Dataset","description":"Projections of 2+1 correlation on $\\Delta\\eta$ for 200 GeV top 12% central-triggered and mid-central Au+Au and minimum bias d+Au data.","name":"Table 1b"},{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t3","@type":"Dataset","description":"Transverse momentum distributions per trigger pair for the same- and away-side hadrons associated with di-jet triggers (|$\\Delta\\phi$| < 0.5, |$\\Delta\\eta$|...","name":"Table 1c"},{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t4","@type":"Dataset","description":"Relative production rates for jets and di-jets in Au+Au collisions of different centralities with respect to d+Au data.","name":"Table 2a"},{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t5","@type":"Dataset","description":"Calculations of the Glauber-based core/corona model that accommodates inclusive hadron suppression and single jet production rate results.","name":"Table 2b"},{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t6","@type":"Dataset","description":"Conditional di-jet survival probability in Au+Au data compared to d+Au reference.","name":"Table 2c"},{"@id":"https://doi.org/10.17182/hepdata.102950.v1/t7","@type":"Dataset","description":"Conditional di-jet survival probability in Au+Au data compared to d+Au reference.","name":"Table 2d"}],"identifier":[{"@type":"PropertyValue","propertyID":"HEPDataRecord","value":"https://www.hepdata.net/record/ins889553?version=1"},{"@type":"PropertyValue","propertyID":"HEPDataRecordAlt","value":"https://www.hepdata.net/record/102950"}],"inLanguage":"en","name":"Studies of di-jet survival and surface emission bias in Au+Au collisions via angular correlations with respect to back-to-back leading hadrons","provider":{"@type":"Organization","name":"HEPData"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"HEPData"},"url":"https://www.hepdata.net/record/ins889553?version=1","version":1}
