The total and topological 4Hep cross sections as well as the cross sections of the separate 4Hep interaction channels and the differential cross sections of the elastic 4Hep scattering were measured using the 2m hydrogen bubble chamber exposed to a separated beam of alpha-particles from the ITEP synchrotron at 5 GeV/c (the kinetic energy of the initial protons in the nuclear rest frame was 620 MeV). The data obtained have been compared with the results of the previous experiments and with the theoretical predictions based on the Glauber-Sitenko multiple-scattering theory.

Differential Cross-sections and Analyzing Powers for Small Angles $N P$ Elastic Scattering Between 376-{MeV} and 1135-{MeV}

We have measured absolute differential cross sections and analyzing powers for neutron-proton elastic scattering for momentum transfer 0.01 < | t |< 0.08 (GeV/ c ) 2 at several energies between 378 and 1135 MeV. The ionization chamber IKAR filled with methane was used as both a gas target and recoil detector. For the analyzing-power measurements the scattered neutron was detected in scintillation counters in coincidence with the recoil proton detected in IKAR. Special care was taken to ensure a precise absolute normalization of the cross sections, with overall systematic uncertainties of 4–7%.

Differential and total cross-sections for photoproduction of gamma proton to proton pi0 omega and gamma proton to Delta+ omega were determined from measurements of the CB-ELSA experiment, performed at the electron accelerator ELSA in Bonn. The measurements covered the photon energy range from the production threshold up to 3GeV.
